
Lea Carr is a Private Banking Relationship Manager at Paragon Bank. Lea works exclusively with high net
worth clients, business owners, community leading professionals, and small businesses to meet their
financial goals and future potential. Lea has worked in the banking/ financial industry for over 2 decades
and values the importance of building meaningful relationships with her clients. Her priority is making
her clients happy, providing expertise on their unique current financial situation, and delivering the
highest level of service possible.
Lea not only has 2 decades of experience but has a Series 7, Series 66, and insurance license. Lea is very
involved in the community and believes the importance of community involvement is paramount. She is
currently a board member of the Memphis Rotary, a member of the Executive Committee for 901
Networking, a member of the executive board for her daughter’s PTSA board, a board member for
MSMGMA, and a past Area Director for C3 and Vice President of Education for Bluff City Toastmasters
Club. Other professional networking organizations and community associations – including Ambassador
for The Greater Memphis Chamber, former board member for March of Dimes, and Ambassador (and
former board member) for the Dorothy Day House.
Lea is married to Commander Robert Carr – US Navy. Lea has two children – Eric (age 16) and Brianna
(age 13).
